What makes me different from a typical marketer is the path I came from. I narrow before I broaden. I identify the highest-value audience segment and build positioning that speaks to that buyer — not everyone. Audience strategy is the single highest-leverage decision in marketing, and I treat it that way.

A strategy isn't a deck — it's a working funnel that connects awareness, engagement, and conversion. I design backward from revenue, not forward from impressions. Every channel and every piece of content has to answer one question: what does this contribute to a closed deal?

In 2017, I co-founded SKN — a tech-enabled housing platform for expatriates and professionals relocating for study or work.

Three co-founders, three pillars: operations, technology, and marketing. I owned marketing, with hands-on support across sales and operations.

My first major call wasn't a campaign — it was market segmentation: targeting expatriate students seeking 4+ month housing. That single decision shaped everything.
